Returns & exchanges
While we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of orders, however please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
kATE.MADE is unable to refund an item due to damage in transit or change of mind (we put the utmost care into the packaging of all orders).
All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 5 working days of your order being placed and payment cleared, before your piece is ready for mailing.
All items will be shipped via unregistered Australia Post, unless otherwise requested (changes to standard shipping methods may incur additional costs).
International orders which attract any additional fees such as import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
kATE.MADE accepts Credit Card payments through direct checkout, as well as PayPal for all orders.
The joy of investing in handmade pieces, mean that no two items are ever identical. Please keep this in mind when selecting from made to order pieces, as slight variances may occur. If variances are significant, a new listing will be created to reflect this.
All orders are carefully gift wrapped. If you are ordering multiple items at the same time these will be wrapped separately unless it's noted otherwise (eg. in the comments to seller section at the checkout).
If your order is a gift, a personalised gift tag will be included upon request.
